Format of Grant Thornton Invitational

Round 1: Scramble
In this format, each player takes a tee shot, and the team collectively decides which ball to use for the subsequent shots. Subsequently, both players continue hitting their shots from the chosen spot until the ball is successfully holed.
Round 2: Foursomes (Alternate Shot)
Teams engage in an alternate shot format, where players take turns hitting shots with the same ball until it is holed. One player tees off on the odd-numbered holes, while the other takes the tee on the even-numbered holes.
Round 3: Modified Fourball
In this format, both players tee off, after which they swap balls for their second shots and proceed to play the same ball until it is holed. The lower score between the partners determines the team’s score for the hole.
